Terms of Membership
Article 1 (Objective)
The purpose of this Agreement is to stipulate the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Company and its members, and other necessary matters concerning the use of the website exclusively for promotion and events provided by Tourcom (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").


Article 2 (Justice)
The terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows:
1. "A member" means a person who can access the company website to obtain necessary information and participate in the event.
2. "Event" signifies an activity targeting members to achieve a specific goal of the company.
3. "ID" means the combination of letters and numbers set by "members" and approved by the "company" for the identification of "members" and service use.
4. "Password" means a combination of letters, numbers and symbols created by a "member" to ensure his/her identity.
5. "Published materials" or "content" shall mean the member's use of the website, such as the sign, text, voice, sound, video, video, and various files and links in the form of information posted on the website.
6. "Email" refers to mail over the Internet or by using electrical media.
7. "Operator (administrator)" refers to the person or company selected by the company for overall management and smooth operation of the service.
8. Terminology not defined in this Agreement shall be governed by the relevant laws.

Article 3 (Publishing and revising the Terms)
1. "Company" posts the contents of these terms and conditions on the initial screen of the website so that "members" can easily understand them.
2. The "Company" may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate the relevant laws, such as the "Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions" and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection" (hereinafter referred to as the "Information and Communication Network Act)."
3. If the "company" revises the terms and conditions, it shall post the application date and reason for the amendment to notify the members 30 days prior. However, if the terms and conditions are amended in a disadvantageous manner to the members, the members shall be notified clearly through electronic means, including e-mail.
4. In the event that the "company" notifies the member in accordance with the previous paragraph and clearly announces to the member, the member is deemed to have agreed to the revised terms and conditions.
5. If "members" do not agree to the revised terms, the company cannot apply the terms and conditions of the amendment. In this case, the member may terminate the service contract. However, the company may terminate the service contract in the event of special circumstances in which the existing terms and conditions cannot be applied.


Article 4 (interpretation from terms and conditions)
1. For individual services, the company may have separate terms and conditions (called "other terms and conditions"), and "other terms and conditions" shall take precedence if the contents conflict with these terms.
2. Matters and interpretations not specified in this Agreement shall be subject to "Other terms and conditions" and related statutes.

Article 5 (Changes in Member Information)
1. "members" can access and modify their personal information at any time through the personal information management screen. However, the ID required for service management cannot be modified.
2. "A member" shall revise the information listed during the membership application online or notify the change to "company" by e-mail or other means.
3. The "company" shall not be held liable for any disadvantages arising from failure to notify the "company" of the change in paragraph 2.

Article 6 (Personal Information Protection Duty)
1. "Company" strives to protect the "personal information" of "members" as provided under the related statutes, such as the "Information and Communication Network Act." The protection and use of "personal information" is subject to the relevant laws and the privacy policy of the "company". However, the "company" privacy policy does not apply to linked sites other than the official "company" site.

Article 7 ("A duty for the management of the ID and the password" of "members")
1. The "member" shall be responsible for the management of "the ID" and "the password" and shall not be allowed to use it by a third party.
2. "Company" may restrict the members' use of "IDs" in the event of personal information leakage, anti-social or unsociable behavior, or the company and the company management’s misinterpretation.
3. "A Member" shall immediately notify the "Company" and follow the instructions of the "Company" if "ID" and "Password" are detected to be stolen or used by a third party.
4. In the case of paragraph 3, the "company" shall not be held liable for any disadvantages caused by the failure to notify the "company" of the fact or to comply with the "company’s” instructions.


Article 8 ("Notice to Members")
1. In the event that "Company" notifies "members," it can be done with an e-mail address designated by "members," other types of electronic messages, and a written note unless otherwise stipulated in these terms and conditions.
2. "Company" may, in the event of having to notify all the "members,” can post on the company’s bulletin board for more than seven days to change the notification in paragraph 1.


Article 9 ("Company's Duty")
1. "Company" does not violate the laws and these terms and conditions, and makes every effort to provide "service" in a continuous and stable.
2. "Company" shall have a security system for the protection of personal information (including credit information) and shall disclose and comply with the Privacy Policy so that "members" can safely use its "services."
3. "Company" shall deal with any comments or complaints raised by "members" regarding the use of the services if they are deemed justified. For opinions or complaints raised by the members, response will be delivered to the "members" by using bulletin boards or by e-mail.
Article 10 (Stop service use or terminate contract)
1. "Members" shall not:
-	Register false information when applying 
-	Steal other people's information.
-	Change posted company information 
-	Send or post information (computer programs, etc.) other than information specified by the "company"
-	Violate intellectual property rights, including copyrights by "company" and other third parties.
-	Defame or obstructing the work of the "company" and other third parties
-	Disclose or post obscene or violent messages, video, voice, or other information 
-	Use a service for profit without the company's consent
-	Engage in other illegal or unjust acts.

2. The "members" shall comply with the relevant laws, the provisions of these terms and conditions, and the notices given by the "company" in relation to the "service" and shall not interfere with other "company" activities.


Article 11 (Providing information and publication of advertising)
1. The company may provide "members" with various information, such as notices or e-mail, that are deemed necessary during service use.
2. However, "members" can refuse receiving through e-mail at any time except for transaction-related information and customer center responses relating to relevant laws.
3. If the information in paragraph 1 is to be transmitted by telephone or a pre-transmitter, it is sent with the prior consent of "members".
4. "Company" may advertise on the service screen, on the website, or by e-mail in connection with the operation of "Service". "A Member" who receives an e-mail with an advertisement may reject it.

Article 12 (the copyright of the publication)
1. The copyright of any postings in the service by "members" shall be vested in the author of such postings.
2. "Published articles" posted by "members" within "service" may be exposed to search results, "service" and related promotions, and may be partially modified, replicated or edited to the extent necessary for such exposure. In this case, the company complies with the Copyright Act regulations, and "members" can take actions such as deletion, exclusion of search results, and closure of such postings at any time through the management function in the customer center or "service."

3. "A Member" shall publish only the postings which he owns copyright in accordance with paragraph 1 or the postings which he has been authorized to use by the original author within "Service". The "company" may delete or change any postings posted by "members" without notifying "members" of any possibility of copyright infringement or upon request from the original authors, in which case "members" may be held liable for copyright infringement.



Article 13 (Management of publications)
1. If the postings of "members" include those that violate relevant laws, such as the "Information and Communications Network Act" and the "Copyright Act," the "company" shall take action in accordance with the relevant laws.
2. The "company" may take temporary measures against the postings in accordance with the relevant laws if there is a reason for the violation of the rights, even if the request is not made by the right person pursuant to the preceding paragraph, or if it is in violation of other company policies and related laws.
3. The detailed procedure under this section shall be in accordance with the company's designated service for suspension of postings within the scope specified by the "Information Communication Network Act" and the "Copyright Act."


Article 14 (Inheritance of Rights)
1. Copyright and intellectual property rights to an "event" are vested in the Company. However, the contents of the member's postings and works provided under the partnership agreement are excluded.

2. In relation to the service, the "company" grants members only the right to use accounts, IDs and contents according to the service conditions set by the company, and "members" cannot transfer, sell or provide collateral.


Article 15 ("A member's cancellation, termination, etc.)
1. "Members" can apply for withdrawal at any time through the Self-Management menu, and "company" must handle the request immediately according to the relevant laws, etc.

2. In the event that "members" terminate the contract, the company destroys the members' personal information upon termination in accordance to the relevant laws and privacy.

3. Even if the "member" terminates the contract, his/her disclosed data will be preserved.


Article 16 (Responsibility Restriction)
1. The "company" shall be exempted from responsibility for providing "service" in the event that it is unable to provide "service" due to natural disasters or equivalent forces.
2. The "company" shall not be held liable for any failure to use the service due to the reasons attributable to "members".
3. The "company" shall not be held responsible for the information, materials, reliability of facts, accuracy, etc. posted by "members" in relation to "services".
4. The "company" shall be exempted from liability if the "company" transacts between "members" or between "members" and "services" or between "members" and the third party.
5. The "company" shall not be held liable in connection with the use of services provided free of charge unless otherwise specified in the relevant laws.
6. The "company" may discontinue its services due to critical management needs, such as the company's split, merger, transfer of operations, abolition of operations, and deterioration of the company's profits in the current year.
7. For the above reasons, the "company" may discontinue all of its homepage services, which will notified on its website 30 days prior. If there are unavoidable circumstances that cannot be notified in advance, member can notify them afterwards.

Article 17 (Reference Act and Judiciary)
1. The case filed between the "company" and "members" shall be governed by the laws of Korea.
2. A lawsuit regarding a dispute arising between "company" and "members" shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.


A supplementary rule

1. This Agreement shall apply as of November 1, 2019.
